Standard-Reports

The following reports will be provided by default and can be customized quickly by the service provider using the Odalis LMS interface.

  • Attendance list: Attendance list to print out for classroom training courses
  • Attended learners: Enrolled users of the category or course who have attended the course (status = "attended")
  • Certified learners
  • Not certified learners: Attendees in courses who have not yet been certified (e.g. with status "attended" or "graduated")
  • Current enrollments according to training vendors: Enrollments sorted according to the "vendor" field
  • All events (overview): All classroom training courses, ILTS, online training courses and other events, sorted according to order of the learning project management tree (hierarchical list of all learning events)
  • All events (details): All classroom training courses, ILTS, online training courses and other events, including all enrolled participants sorted according to order of the learning project management tree (hierarchical list of all learning events)
  • Latest cancellations (by attendee): All cancellations by attendees since this report was last generated
  • Latest cancellations (by admin): All cancellations by the course administrator since this report was last generated
  • Latest enrollments: All enrollments since this report was last generated
  • No show: A list of all enrolled participants who did not attend / whose activity index is zero (in the case of a online course room)
  • Participant's feedback
  • Trainer's feedback
  • Email Notifications: Emails sent by the system, usually triggered by some sort of status change (e.g. "waiting list"). Feature allows selections of which type of emails should be displayed
  • Emails to the works council: Email notifications that have been sent to the works council (due to mandatory reporting )
Special reports which can not be configured on the basis of the standard templates can be customized at any time.
